Tomtor ((ロシア語:Томтор); ) is a rural locality (a ''selo''), the only inhabited locality, and the administrative center of Dulgalakhsky Rural Okrug in Verkhoyansky District of the Sakha Republic, Russia, located from Batagay, the administrative center of the district. Its population as of the 2010 Census was 326,〔Sakha Republic Territorial Branch of the Federal State Statistics Service. Results of the 2010 All-Russian Census.
